A LITTLE BIT OF OUR HISTORY
We were born in 2010, in the city of Mogi das Cruzes/SP, through the initiative of partner Paulo Lupércio Todai Junior, with the initial name of Todai e Motta Advogados. We have evolved in the fuel and business market, operating in the Alto Tietê region, with a specific focus on advising companies in the fuel resale and distribution sector.
Todai Advogados consolidated its presence in the fuel and business law sector, becoming a reference office in such segments, throughout the State of São Paulo, indicated to sponsor several networks of gas stations before regulatory bodies, such as the National Petroleum Agency, as well as representing large industries.

In 2013, we started the expansion of the office, changing the name to Todai Sociedade de Advogados, by strengthening the segments of business and industrial law.
With a strong presence in the national market, Todai Advogados decided to expand its operations, opening its first international branch, in the United States of America, in order to assist Brazilian and international companies, expanding their borders in the business, corporate and industrial segments, consolidating strong performance in wealth management, focusing on segments such as Wealth Management, Family Office, corporate agreements and offshore incorporation.
