ASSET MANAGEMENT

The Asset Management segment of Todai Advogados aims to contribute to the assessment of the asset situation of individuals and legal entities aiming at asset planning and organization, including:

1. Constitution of Offshore, Holding and other corporate structures.

2. Consultancy on the constitution of investment vehicles and companies that concentrate the ownership of movable and immovable assets in Brazil or abroad.

3. Tax advice in the preparation of the annual income tax return.

4. Drafting of shareholders' or quotaholders' agreements to regulate the relationship between the partners regarding resolutions, election of administrators and assignment of shares/quotas, preemptive rights and purchase or sale options.

5. Consultancy on the convenience of corporate reorganization (spin-off, incorporation and transformation) of family-controlled companies for inheritance purposes, tax planning or asset organization.
